Minutes of the February meeting were approved with no corrections. 

Report of the Board Meeting:  Tom stated that we had a review of the Audit Committee done by Bob Werdermann.  Bob had a lot of good recommendations for the Board.  Some were accepted and some were not.

It was decided by the Board to have Jeanne keep a calendar of events and to have them listed in the newsletter.  Any events that you would like to have in the newsletter need to go to Jeanne.  It was also brought up at the Board meeting that the slate of nominees are to be listed in the April newsletter and nominations from the floor will be taken in April.  Voting will be in May and the new officers will take office in June.

Corresponding Secretary: Jeanne received a Thank You  Note from Betty Charlton  for the flowers sent to her when she had foot surgery.  Jeanne also received from AKC, a Premium List for a Companion Events Tournament to be held in April.
Treasurer:  Jean received all the agility entries cheeks.  See attached for report.

Committee Report:  Jeanne and Ace reported that the agility trial will be March 23^rd and 24^th.  They can use help especially on Sunday.  The entries have increased. They will be running 2 rings with 2 judges. 

Fall Show Chairman:  Karen reported that this year we would have several specialties with the Cluster.  The Bulldogs, Collies, English Fox Hounds, Giant Schnauzers, Bull Terriers, Boxers, Bull Mastiffs will be having specialties and the Kommodores will be having supported entries. She mentioned that we would be going with the electronic premium lists.  Some of the events that will be with the Cluster are:  Wednesday evening, Match and Exhibitor Hospitality.  Thursday evening, Chili Supper and Party.  Friday evening, Judges study group.  Saturday evening, a Show Chairman Seminar,  and also on Saturday will be Scoops for Groups or Desserts.  We will be using the whole building the year, and we will be having Obedience this year.
Tom asked for ideas for the Fall Show Trophies.  Some ideas given were:

Dog related items, silver pieces, brass, money, stained glass, breed flags, candles, glass wine bottles and glasses, etched wood.

Guests:  Tina Shepherd who has Schnauzers, Dachshunds, Rottweilers.  Tina has offered to help at the agility trial.

Mary Lou Acthley who has Newfoundland's.  Mary says she will help wherever needed.

Debbie Sanders who has Miniature Dachshunds and will help wherever needed.

New Business:  Tom stated that we bought the booklets  for the CGC Testing and sold them to the participants  for a $1.00.  It was recommended by the Board to give these booklets to the participants.  Grant made a motion to give the CGC Study Booklets to the people that sign up to take the CGC Testing.  This was seconded by Dr. Barth.  Motion carried.

Charles Price mentioned that the Schutzhund would be held in Maryville on Saturday the 9^th.  He invited the club to come to the event and see what it is all about.

Doris stated that the Program in April will be Pat Hartman on Ring Stewarding, in May it will be Nancy and Marlin Butler on Canines for Companions.  There will be no program in June.
