President Phyllis Fortune called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.  Due to this being the annual Christmas Party, no reports were given.

Catherine Bell made the announcement that we will be going back to Chilhowee Park for the fall show.  She will be filling committee chairs soon.

Motion was made to adjourn by Paula Smiddy and seconded by Will Stone.
