The Tennessee Valley Kennel Club offers an award plaque to its members for AKC titles achieved during the previous calendar year.
All TVKC awards issued will be for American Kennel Club (AKC) titles only. The dog must have achieved and received an AKC award certificate in the same year as applying for a TVKC award.
Members who apply must meet these requirements in the same calendar year as applying for the award:
Donated at least 4 hours at club events (show, trial, match, Meet the Breeds, training class, etc.)

Members who apply must meet these requirements in the same calendar year as applying for the award:
- Own or co-own the dog.
- Be a member in good standing in accordance with the TVKC Constitution and By-laws for at least one year (12 months).
- Meet at least ONE of the following criteria during the calendar year of the award:
Donated at least 4 hours at club events (show, trial, match, Meet the Breeds, training class, etc.)
THE DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS is March 1.
Be advised that there is a $20 fee to have your plaque mailed to you if you do not attend the Annual Awards Picnic.
Additional Notes:
- Maximum one plaque per dog per year.
- One plaque with multiple plates may be given to members/breeders with multiple dogs.
- The Board will resolve any issues or questions about club awards, titles, and club participation.
