Do you compete in Owner Handler? No
How did you become interested in our sport? I had a crazy corgi puppy who needed some training! I never expected to get into dog sports, and definitely never thought I would compete, but here we are!
Tell us about your most memorable moment in our sport? The first time Oatie and I qualified in novice JWW agility- I knew we had a pretty good run but had no idea we qualified until 2 people congratulated me later!
What is it that attracted you to the TVKC? I wanted to learn more about different areas of competition and meet people who could mentor me.
What do you like most about being a member of TVKC? I love getting to spend time with other people who love to talk all things dog... you can't do that with "normal" people!
Do you think TVKC meets your needs as a member? If not what areas would you like to see improvements in? Yes, I love how much TVKC has embraced agility as more interested members have joined.
How do your dogs impact your life? My corgi is my first agility dog, and my first dog at all! It was really hard for me to learn to handle a dog with a lot of drive, but I wouldn't trade him for anything. Thanks to him, I found this sport, this club, the most genuine friendships, and a hobby for life!
