Do you compete in Owner Handler? No
How did you become interested in our sport? We aged out of horse competition. We ran speed events in college, some halter competition, over fences, then dressage. Then we bought a competition Aussie. Agility and training classes were a way of letting her use her brains and energy in a constructive situation.
Tell us about your most memorable moment in our sport? At the Australian Shepherd Club Nationals in Georgia Maggie won the Novice B Obedience class. It was outdoors under cover and the wind was blowing down the ring gates. She held her sit stay like a trooper. It was great!
What is it that attracted you to the TVKC? The programs you offer at your meeting are wonderful!
What do you like most about being a member of TVKC? I like learning more about the people that we see at the shows and trials.
Do you think TVKC meets your needs as a member? If not what areas would you like to see improvements in? Having a building to train in in Knoxville would be really nice.
How do your dogs impact your life? Dogs are what keeps our lives in perspective.
